Subject	boost leak

Message	So i have all of the signs that point toward a boost leak. I have low vacuum pressure which is roughly around -470mmhg. I also can't achieve full boost and on top of that it hits peak boost of .9 bar (set to 1 bar) way later than usual. Lastly the idle is acting weird and is at different rpms at different stops. Also, when the car's cold, the car will hesitate for a split second under load. I've boost leak tested the car a billion times, but haven't come up with any leaks. Anyone have any ideas? I've already checked the connectors, replaced pcv's, checked tps, ohmed injectors, power balanced, checked the air regulator and iacv.
